‘5TH SERIES IN 2025: Senator Buhari Empowers 100 Women in Oyo North, Shares N10Million Among Beneficiaries

The fifth series of Capacity Building facilitated by Senator Buhari Abdulfatai of Oyo North Senatorial District has been concluded with 100 women selected from the 13 local government areas tutored on entrepreneurship and opportunities under the present Federal government.
At the training sponsored by Industrial Arbitration Panel, held at Igbeti in Olorunsogo Local government area between Wednesday 26th and Friday 28th February, 2025, the 100 women were exposed to knowledge that will make them become independent economically.
At the end of the training, a total of 10 million naira was shared into the bank account details of the women at the rate of N100,000 for a beneficiaries.
The Participants were also presented with their certificates of participation which showed evidence of their training in Capacity Building contracted to KAZZIWEST Consultancy Limited.
Earlier in his remarks, Senator Buhari Abdulfatai who was represented at the event by Hon. Adeyemo Abiodun Obadoba rejoiced with the beneficiaries for being part of the 5th series of BAF Capacity Building in the year 2025.
Senator Buhari enjoined the participants to transform all the information acquired via the training to asset capable of creating wealth not only for themselves but for their families and the country as a whole.
“The N100,000 given to you may be small but experience had shown that some who have benefited from the similar gestures have become relatively economically independent today.
He charged them to start businesses o their own with the start up grant and ensure that they are committed to making it big very soon.
