‘Ajumose Legacy Lives On’: Late Gov Abiola Ajimobi to Be Honoured with Novelty Football Match Tomorrow
A novelty football match is set to take place tomorrow, Sunday, December 8, 2024, at the Liberty Stadium in Ibadan, in honour of the late Governor Abiola Ajimobi.
The match, organised by Hon. Idris Ajimobi, is part of the celebrations marking the 75th posthumous birthday anniversary of the former executive governor of Oyo State.
The match will feature teams from the All Progressives Congress (APC) Ibadan South West Local Government Constituency 1 and Constituency 2 and will kick off at 4 pm prompt at the Arisekola pitch inside the Liberty Stadium.
The APC party leadership, members of the local government executive, and party faithful are cordially invited to attend the novelty match.
This event is a testament to the enduring legacy of Governor Ajimobi, who served as the executive governor of Oyo State for two consecutive terms.
