Allah Answers Prayers – Senator Buhari Rejoices over Federal Varsity Establishment in Oke-Ogun

Following the signing of the bill seeking the establishment of Federal University of Agriculture and Technology Okeho by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu few hours ago, the Senator representing the good people of Oyo North, Dr Buhari Abdulfatai has congratulated his constituents as he declared that the achievement is a jinx breaker.
Senator Buhari disclosed this via his congratulatory message to the people of Oyo North and Oyo State in general over the good news of the establishment of another Federal University of Agriculture and Technology in Okeho, Kajola Local Government Area of Oyo North.
In his message made available to journalists this morning, Senator Buhari said that the achievement came as a result of God’s mercy over the long sacrifice and patience made for very long decades by the people of Oke Ogun, who have been contributing immensely to the sustenance of democracy in the country.
“Though as your representative in the Senate, to the glory of God, I’ve perfected all the legislative processes in the National Assembly and also lobbied the Executive to make sure my Leader of all times, Baba Asiwaju Tinubu, gave his assent, I thank all the patriots of Oke Ogun, both old and young, for supporting me morally and spiritually to have this unforgettable legacy,” Senator Buhari said.
“It’s true that I didn’t pledge to bring a university to Oke Ogun, especially during my first term campaign; I only conceived the idea via the guidance of Allah, and here we are today celebrating the great achievement,” he added.
Senator Buhari hinted that only to God be the glory while he specifically, on behalf of the people of Oke Ogun, Oyo North and Oyo State at large, thanked President Tinubu for being a leader whose conduct and deeds are tailored towards fairness, equity and justice for favouring the neglected zone with landmark legacies.
He said,”We shall continually be grateful and support your led government because you have made us proud in our Senatorial District.
The lawmaker acknowledged the efforts of illustrious sons of Oke Ogun and Oyo North in general towards the dream that has just come to reality while he urged the constituents to pray fervently for people like Prof. Gbadegesin, Barrister Ahmed Adeniyi Raji, SAN, Dr. Segun Ajuwon, Dr. Seidu and a host of others for their selfless contributions. “They are all wonderful sets of figures,” Senator Buhari stated.
“I have to specifically mention the roles of Prof. Gbadegesin. He came in at the right time to assist us. His efforts remain significantly memorable. He was contacted, and without any stress, he waded in and played his patriotic roles that will forever remain appreciated even by the yet unborn generation of people of Oke Ogun. I pray he lives a more impactful life serving humanity in sound health,” the legislator prayed.
“I thank all the BAF team. You’re all wonderful and sources of inspiration, as your valuable support, loyalty and dedication were crowned today. Let us all thank God for being the brain behind good history. It’s not by our efforts but by the mercy of Allah. So, remain appreciative for all that He has done through us so that more unimaginable good things can further be done via our collective commitment to serving our people. God bless you all.
