Chairman, Nigerian Communications Commission(NCC), Prof Adeolu Akande has congratulated former Oyo-State Head of Service(HoS), Hon. Adesoji Eniade, on His appointment, by President Muhammad Buhari, as the Director-General/Chief Executive Officer of the Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre.
