2023: ‘Disciples of Jagaban’ Inaugurates Women Forum, Fosters Unity in Oyo APC(PHOTOS).

It was a joyful Friday as a frontline group rooting for the former Lagos State Governor and National Leader of the All Progressives Congress(APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to succeed President Muhammad Buhari, inaugurated its Oyo-State chapter’s women forum, at ‘Race Course’, inside Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, in Ibadan.

While addressing the congregants, the State Women Coordinator of DOJ, Hon Chief(Mrs) Idowu Razaq stated that the agenda of the meeting was to bring all women across the state, together, in order to create more awareness for Asiwaju Tinubu’s Presidential Agenda, come 2023. She urged them to be more actively committed to the agenda.

In her remarks, one of the Party’s Chieftainesses, in attendance, Hon. Bolanle Hazmat aka Ounrozee urged all members of DOJ Women’s Forum to be advocates of Asiwaju Tinubu in any political scene(s) across the country. She advised DOJ Coordinators to incorporate women as part of the group’s various committees.”This will enhance progress for entire DOJ”, she enthused.

While speaking on the division in Oyo APC, one of the representatives from Oyo Zone, Mrs Ajibade Yetunde advised all the women in attendance to sheath their swords regarding the just concluded Party Congress, which has sparked uproar among the party faithful.”It is imperative for us to put party interests first, and to make sure that we all support the new leadership in the party regardless of the persons that emerged”, she encouraged.
