Why do our politicians always distribute two months usable off-road vehicles among their people?

Is this a poverty alleviation program or what?
The vehicle is not suitable for normal usage nor for commercial transportation, some of it will not have brand name or logo again.

Is this the kind of vehicle we are using too?
Are we just decided to surfer the masses while we dwell in full option of enjoyment?
Some are not even doing anything.
