2023: Influential Oyo APC Chieftain, Sen Soji Akanbi Intensifies Efforts on BAT’s Presidential Bid, Unveils Strategic Plans to Garner Massive Votes for Asiwaju Tinubu in Oyo.

Former Senator of Oyo South District and influential Figure of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in the state, Chief Rilwan Adesoji Akanbi has intensified efforts on the actualisation of Presidential Bid of the party’s National Leader, and Standardbearer, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu “Jagaban”.

In a Media Chat with this Newspaper, Africano Trumpeters, early this morning,
the Okanlomo of Ibadan land, Akanbi unveiled “The strategic Plans of Massive Mobilisation” and urged all the various groups supporting Asiwaju Tinubu to come together, more than ever before, and find a common ground to work harmoniously as a formidable and indomitable team, to record landslide victory of the presidential flag bearer, come 2023.

Analytically, the Deputy National Chairman of SWAGA, Sen. Akanbi reeled out voters’ statistical data and revealed that,”In 2019, Oyo State has 2.9 millions registered voters, and only 1.9Million voters collected their PVC’s. Then, a million cast their votes. So, this shows that about 900,000 registered voters collected their PVC’s but refused to vote. One Million voters didn’t collect collect their voters’ cards at all, and invariably, didn’t vote.

The Chief Initiator of Coalition Movement of Bola Ahmed Tinubu (COMBAT), Sen. Akanbi continued,”Now about 3.33Million registered as voters, so, the prioritised assignments for all of us who are fanatical followers and supporters of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, now are how are we going to galvanize registered voters to get their PVC’s and also vote, en mass, for our Worthy Candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The Noble Statesman, Akanbi maintained that in Southwest, Oyo state is next to Lagos state in terms of voters’ registration strengths and said that.”What can we do? Firstly, Average candidate(s) of Oyo APC is more concerned with just winning but not with wide margins, even, if it’s a one vote ahead, they’re okay, but we the Asiwajus need wide margins and landslide victory, because 11 million votes of our amiable, President, PMB is sacrosanct but but might not be certain. So, Southwest must actively rise to the occasion to cover up the likely drops in votes of Asiwaju in the North knowingfully well that Atiku and Kwankoso are Muslim northerners. Therefore, such as other states, Oyo remains a key factor of Southwest in these strategic moves.

The grassroots Politician, Akanbi encouraged that the various groups supporting Asiwaju Tinubu must come together and find a common ground to work together as a formidable team, and record landslide victory, come 2023.

Akanbi uncovered tip of an iceberg and hinted that,”Importantly, we need to target our audiences and galvanize them to collect their PVC’s and encourage them to vote the only best man for the job, Asiwaju Tinubu.

“Who are the audiences?” Akanbi asked rhetorically and stated that,”They’re market men and women, artisans, pensioners, teachers, labour unions, opinion moulders, social groups, society clubs, formal and informal youths, students bodies among several others.

Akanbi also rolled out nuggets of his technical know-how.”How to go about reaching out to this audience? Mainly, we have to use jingles on radios, personal visitations, door to door campaigns, house to house campaigns, social media campaigns among others.

Akanbi emphasized time factor as being of essence and also advised that people of well established credibility should lead the team.”Men and women of established credibility. People with proven records of performances and unblemished antecedents should lead the team.

While extolling Asiwaju Tinubu’s qualities, worths, values and virtues, Akanbi described Asiwaju Tinubu as a rare gem, centenary genius and extraordinaire that this moment calls for.
