2023: Newly Elevated SAN, Mutalubi Eulogises Bimbo Kolade’s Water-Tight Case Withdrawal.

In statement issued by the legal luminary on the celebration of Nigeria’s independence, the newly elevated lawyer, Barrister Adebayo Mutalubi Ojo has appreciated all party faithful for their encomia and wishes on his elevation.

He wrote;”Distinguished members of this great platform and our great party, APC, I am truly blank as to the appropriate and fitting words that I can use to convey my depth of gratitude to you all individually and collectively for your real , genuine and manifest expression and outpouring of love , affections and prayers since my name and those of my other seniors have been announced as among the successful recipients of this year conferment of the coveted rank of Senior Advocates of Nigeria”.

While reacting to political developments in Oyo APC, Barr Mutalubi lauded the magnimity of Hon. Bimbo Kolade and encouraged the aggrieved party faithful to bury their hatchets.”It is very apposite and apt for us that we all follow the exemplary leadership and the magnanimity of Hon. Bimbo Kolade to all of us. Hon. Kolade has a  very excellent and water-tight case against our brother who is our candidate for Oyo Central Senatorial District, but in the overall interest of our party, Hon. Bimbo Kolade sacrificed and let go his ambition for our party. This is very commendable. Kindly let us emulate this spirit.”

“I want to use this season and even the grace of God’s benevolence to me with the success of this year conferment of the rank of SAN on me and also today being our National Day to beg all of us in the name of God to please let us bury permanently whatever misgivings we may have against ourselves, our members, our candidates and our party so that we can all emerge victorious in the forthcoming general elections in 2023. Kindly let us forgive ourselves. We all stand to gain a lot individually and collectively if our candidates and our party emerge winners in the elections.

He further prayed for the success of all APC candidates at the poll, come 2033. “Also, may our party and our candidates emerge victorious in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.”
