2023: Oyo Central Senatorial Hopeful, ‘Bimbo Kolade Consults APC Zonal Elders, Assures Quality Representation(Photos).

The frontline Oyo Central Senatorial Aspirant, on the platform of the All Progressives Congress(APC), Honoutable Bimbo Kolade has yesterday consulted the APC elders of Oyo Federal Constituency comprising of Oyo West, Oyo East, Atiba and Afijio Local Government Areas(LGA’s).

In his welcome speech, Baba Ajibade, the party zonal leader said Hon.Bimbo Kolade was their own who have been with them in the party for long and therefore needed no introduction. He lauded the aspirant and his entourage for coming to consult with the elders.

Addressing his audience, Hon. Bimbo Kolade said that he was there to specifically inform them about his ambition to contest for Senate, come 2023.

Kolade added that as one who has been very close to the corridors of leadership for quite sometime now, having served the party and the people, he was conversant with the challenges of the state and was prepared to tackle them if elected.

Respectively, all the speakers at the meeting which includes, Mr Dijo Ogundiran, Alh. Remi from Oyo East, Alhaji Omoolomo from Oyo west and Mr Adebayo from Atiba, all agreed that Hon. Bimbo Kolade has suffered with them in the party for quite a long time and should ordinarily be given the senatorial ticket of the party.

Speaking on behalf of Hon. Bimbo Kolade entourage, Former party Secretary from Egbeda local government, Baale Ajenikoko said they were there to present the aspirant for their blessing.

They all unanimously agreed to support and see to the emergency of Bimbo Kolade as the party candidate for the 2023 election.
