“2023”: Oyo State, Progressive Vacancy And The Needed Liberator in ‘Barr Akeem Agbaje’ !! By Saheed Olaide Adegbite.

Of course, ‘Oyo State is not only experiencing progressive vacancy but also, it is missing quality governance, sectorally.
As we all know, the basic constitutional responsibilities of any business-minded government are ‘security and welfare’.

Since 2019 that the Conservatives, People’s Democratic Party(PDP) have found their ways back to Agodi Government House, the security of lives and properties, in the state, have become deteriorated.

Since 2019 that the PDP led government have maneuvered their ways to Government House, it has been debts upon debts, without meaningful developmental projects to show for it.

Definitely, the Pace-Setter state needs a ‘Liberator’, a Messiah to rescue her from the grip of reactionary elements and conservative forces that have been manning her affairs since 2019.

Yes, it is not a gainsaying that the progressive fold, APC, in the state, parades many 7-star generals, worthy bigwigs and integrous personalities. However, there is a golden fish and a truly progressively, ‘Excellent’ Helmsman that has all what it takes to be addressed as “Your Excellency” of Oyo state, come 2023. Guess who is He?, He is my man, your man and our man. And His name is ‘Barr Akeem Agbaje’.

Barr Akeem Agbaje is not only ‘a grassroots-oriented’ leader, because his philosophy and programmes put people first, but also, he is ‘a grasstops bridge-builder’, who has needed round pegs, readily available, to be put in round holes, from his party, APC and professional folds, immediately the Party, APC, nominates him, by His Grace, and we, the electorates, speak in favour of him through our ballots comes 2023.

Barr Agbaje knows his onions and he will definitely hit the ground running, as Oyo helmsman come 2023.

Definitely, I want to reiterate Barr Agbaje’s blue prints, to reposition and govern the pacesetter state prosperously. This is it in my Principal, Agbaje’s words,“As our campaign mantra indicates, ‘ADEHUN’, which means promise. I’m, emphatically, saying it that it’s our promise that if the mandate is given to us, come 2023, I and my team, will make life better for the indigenes and residents of this great state, irrespective of their region or religion.

“As we’ve severally reiterated it, if voted into power, our government will strongly focus on youth and women developments. Women empowerment is sacrosanct because women are the bedrocks of the family, by extension, society and the nation at large.

“We’ll provide a robust security coverage across the state. And as we all know, our state is in sorry state when it comes to the issues of security and other key elements of a good governance.

“Also, we’ll definitely ensure good and affordable transportation system, which is long overdue in the state. Our government will make it a matter of priority. Furthermore, it’s part of our programmes to make electricity available to all citizens of Oyo State. Adequate power supply will definitely boost business activities, industrialization and productivity, in this great pacesetter state.

Yes, The People’s Servant, Barr. Agbaje is a genuine party man and lover of masses who has tremendously proved that at any slight opportunity, by supporting the party and helping people.

The illustrious Son of Ibadan Land, Agbaje is the best man for the job. He has a very good pedigree. He is academically qualified. He is a core party man. He is a charismatic leader. And above all, he is a strong believer of God and pious man.

As we all know, Oyo 2023 is around the corner. So, within the party, let’s canvass supports for Barr Agbaje, to clinch gubernatorial ticket and when it comes to the general election in 2023, let’s mobilise for him, en-mass, to record landslide victory.
