2027: Oyo APC Will Reclaim Agodi Govt House, Deliver Massive Votes for President Tinubu’s Reelection—Says UK Party Chairman, Hon Bayo Amusat-Gbenla

Honorable Bayo Amusat-Gbenla, Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Oyo State chapter in the United Kingdom (UK), has expressed confidence that the party will unseat the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Oyo State and deliver a decisive victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s reelection in 2027.

Speaking on the sideline of an expanded stakeholders’ meeting of the state chapter of APC which was held on Friday at the permanent secretariat of the party at Oke-Ado area, the globally renowned mental health practitioner, Amusat-Gbenla, commended leaders and stakeholders for their commitment to working collectively and cohesively as a united front.

Amusat-Gbenla, who worked as a notable figure in the APC’s Diaspora Committee during the recent August 16 Ibadan North Federal Constituency bye-election, urged all party members to avoid behaviors that could lead to the divisions seen in the past elections, including those of 2019, 2023, and the recent bye-election.

A foundational member of Oyo APC, Amusat-Gbenla expressed his enthusiasm for the success of the stakeholders’ summit. “I am thrilled with the turnout and the collective resolve of our leaders. This is the largest gathering of Oyo APC since the 2023 general election, and I am confident that we are on the path to a landslide victory in 2027,” he stated.

Amusat-Gbenla acknowledged the leadership of party chairman Alhaji Olayide Abas and expressed gratitude to President Tinubu for his exemplary guidance. “With unity and cooperation restored among our leaders and stakeholders, we are more powerful than ever,” he added.

Amusat-Gbenla emphasized that no political strategy can thrive in a divided environment. “Our top priority is unity, and thankfully, we are making great strides in that direction as we march confidently toward a victorious future,” he enthused.
