Former Aide to late Governor Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo-State, Hon. Femi Durodola has paid tribute to the late governor on the occasion of his a year remembrance which takes place tomorrow, Friday in Ibadan.
In his tribute, Durodola described late Governor Ajimobi as, “immortal hero of people who has brought tremendous developments to Oyo-State and impacted many lives positively.
“Our Principal, Mentor and Benefactor, Governor Abiola Ajimobi! You’re our great pride and immortal hero of masses. Indeed, we celebrate you yesterday, we celebrate you today and we will continue to celebrate you”, he stated.
“The Father and Architect of Modern Oyo-State, Senator Ajimobi, Your ‘Ise Rere Lorisi Risi’ always affirms you as legendary ‘Mr Transformation’ and we are always proud to be identified with you and your success stories, even, in death. Rest on, sir”, Durodola said.
“Of course, the ripples of good governance during your reign as Oyo helmsman live on, your legacies live and you live on, daddy. Return If Possible(RIP) ‘Akanji’ “, the Astute Progressive Politician, Durodola paid tribute.
