Aderin Community Pays Tribute to Late Dr Liadi Olagoke Salami, Describes Him As ‘A Pillar of Public Service’.
Aderin Community, Pagun, Oke-Omi, is in mourning as they bid farewell to the former Accountant General of Oyo-State during the administration of the late Governor Abiola Ajimobi, Dr. Liadi Olagoke Salami. Dr. Salami passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023, leaving a void in the hearts of those who knew him.
Dr. Liadi Olagoke Salami was not only a public figure but also the CEO and Proprietor of De Ever Green Schools, situated in Aderin Pagun, Oke-Omi, Olodo, Ibadan, Oyo-State. His contributions to both the public and education sectors were significant and will be remembered for years to come.
Hon. Olaide Amodu, Chairman of Aderin Community, extended his condolences to the grieving family, particularly consoling Engr Kayode Salami, the Managing Director of De Ever Green Schools, and the entire bereaved family. He expressed the community’s collective prayers for Dr. Salami, asking that God may grant him eternal rest in paradise and offer the family the strength to bear this irreparable loss.
Amidst the sorrow, Aderin Community took a moment to express their appreciation to Governor Seyi Makinde for his thoughtful decision in appointing Hon. (Dr.) Ibraheem Oladeji Salami as the Chairman and Sole Administrator of Oyo State Pacesetter Transport Services (PTS). The community congratulates Hon. Salami on his appointment and wishes him a successful and fruitful tenure in office.
The passing of Dr. Liadi Olagoke Salami marks the end of an era in Oyo-State, and his legacy will undoubtedly live on in the hearts of those he touched through his public service and educational endeavors.
