The lawmaker representing Oluyole Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Hon. Tolu Akande Sadipe has congratulated former governor of Oyo state, Otunba Christopher Adebyo Alao- Akala over his 70th birthday .
Sadipe also lauded charismatic mode of leadership of the former governor and his doggedness .
