ANGELA FOLARIN: Ex-ALGON Boss, Prince Aleshinloye Commiserates With Sen Teslim Folarin over Wife’s Demise.
The immediate past Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria(ALGON), in Oyo State, Prince Ayodeji Abass-Aleshinloye, MDII, has commiserated with Oyo Central Senator, Oloye Teslim Folarin whose wife, Angela, died on Friday.
In a statement released to journalists, in Ibadan, Prince Aleshinloye said that it was heartbreaking to hear the unexpected passing of Barrister Angela Folarin, noting that her death was a great loss not just to her family but to the society at large.
“I learnt of the untimely passing of Barrister Angela Folarin, the wife of my brother, Senator Teslim Folarin. It is indeed heart-breaking to lose a dear one, especially a wife of many years.
“Barrister(Mrs) Angela’s contribution to the society was laudable and worthy of commendation. I urged her husband, children and other family members to be consoled by the legacies she left behind”Aleshinloye said.
“Although death is the way of all mortals and debt we must all pay, I am nonetheless consoled by the fact that Barrister Folarin lived a worthy and exemplary life.
“My thoughts and prayers are with you, Senator Folarin. May Almighty Allah comfort you and the family at this moment. May He give you the strength and courage to bear it all(Amen)”. He prayed.
