APC Chieftain, Hon Yekeen Popoola Consoles Oyo Ex-First Lady Over Mother’s Death.

A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress(APC) in Oyo state, Hon. Yekeen Popoola has commiserated with the immediate past First Lady of the State, Chief(Dr) Florence Ajimobi over the demise of her Mother, Madam Victoria Amaka Amudoaghan.

This is contained in a condolence message personally signed by Hon. Popoola. In the message, he sympathised with the bereaved family over the loss and comforted them that the late mama greatest gift still remains and the gift is the former First Lady, Dr Florence Ajimobi.”It is my prayer that may God continue stand with the family”, he said.

“My last encountered with our late mother during her 70th birthday was something I can not forget, because easily you could see that she was a torch bearer, a trailblazer who enjoyed setting standards for her generation. She was very gorgeous and bold. She was just a personality who bore her pains with equanimity, concealed her tears but shared her smiles. She dared where her peers demurred.

“Her trust in God was absolute as she always sacrificed and exerted herself to the very limits of her. Mama was very strong because of her belief in Almighty and this is the reason why she was able to face many challenges with moxie.

“I pray that may God forgive mama’s shortcomings and count her among the deceased He pleases with”, Popoola said.
