“Hon. ‘Leke Oyatokun, a dynamic and strategic leader whose grassroot political ideology rises and keeps many progressive minds together always.
Hon. Leke is a political scholar both academically and practically. He studied political science at the prestigious University of Ibadan(UI). He has a public relations and advertising certificate from the Times Institute of Journalism.
Hon. Oyatokun also has Masters Degree in Election Administration from the same Prestigious University of Ibadan. Without mincing words he is an administrator to the core, mostly, in political matters.
With his clear cut ideology, Oyatokun was instrumental to the unity and success of the progressive party in AFIJIO LGA and Oyo zone, at large. The progressive team won in the 2019 election. Then as the only serving APC Honourable in the Oyo zone and the Deputy Majority Leader of the 8th Oyo State House of Assembly, he successfully handed over to the three APC honourables representing Oyo zone, presently, in the State Assembly.
Oyatokun who started politics from the root has served as a councillor 1990 – 1993, a supervisory councillor in 2007, and Deputy Majority Leader OYHA in 2015 and with the with sterling performance which gave the party a good lead in the 2019 Election.
We are highly convinced that a man with such wide experience politically has the charisma, ability and knowledge to serve as the secretary of our great party, APC, at state level.
Hon. Leke Oyatokun is a man of virtue and noble character who in his serving capacity has restructured and harmonized the youth, women, men, the aged and the party hierarchies, in his constituency. No wonder the entire constituency is harmoniously, in support of him to be the next pen man (Secretary) of Oyo State APC.
