APC PRIMARIES: Ex-Algon Boss, Prince Aleshinloye Congratulates Asiwaju Tinubu on His Emergence As Presidential Candidate.
The immediate past Chairman, Association of Local Governments of Nigeria(ALGON), in Oyo state, Prince Ayodeji Abass-Aleshinloye MDII, has congratulated Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his emergence as the Presidential flag bearer of the APC in the forthcoming general elections.
In a statement personally signed by him and made available to journalists, Aleshinloye described the victory of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in the keenly contested APC presidential primaries as well-deserved, considering his experience, capacity and investment in the growth of Nigeria’s democracy and the development of an egalitarian society through his advocacy for good governance.
“Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has laid the right foundation for progressive governance. He has been responsive, progressive and totally committed to the needs of the people.
With the decision to make Asiwaju Bola Tinubu as our party flagbearer who is equally people-friendly, reliable, trustworthy, and has the fear of God. The delegates have made the right choice and I can only urge people to continue to support him for victory and to deliver on the campaign promises,” he said.
While calling for all hands to be on deck to ensure Tinubu success at the presidential election in the 2023 general elections, the most distinguished Ibadan Indigene also prayed to God to grant Tinubu, who he described as a ‘visionary and quintessential leader ’, many more years and increased wisdom.
