Baba Was A Political Father, Leader, and Mentor—Agbaje Mourns Alhaji Salami Jenriyin
Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress in Oyo State, Barrister Akeem Agbaje, has mourned the passing of Alhaji (Chief) Raifu Salami Jenriyin, aka Olowo Adekile, a man he described as a political father, leader, and mentor.
“This is a painful moment for me and the progressives’ fold with the news of the death of Baba Olowo Adekile. Baba was our political father and leader. A real pathfinder that helped chart the path of progressivism for us, the younger generation, to follow. His support for the party was deep, total, and immense, as he used his resources to ensure the growth and progress of the party. His life touched many lives and inspired them. His love, philanthropy, acts of kindness, and generosity can never go unnoticed.”
Barrister Agbaje bemoaned his death and prayed for the repose of his soul.
“His death has dealt us all a huge blow, but with utmost faith and total submission to Almighty Allah, we can only pray that Almighty Allah will rest his soul and grant him Alijana fridaus.
