BARR ISAAC OMODEWU’S DEATH: A RUDE SHOCK AND COLLOSAL LOSS
Dr.Olamide Junaid, the MHR hopeful from Ibadan North Federal Constituency has described the death of Oyo state APC Chairman, Barrister Isaac Omodewu as a rude shock and a ‘calamitous’ development.
The Ibadan born politician and a big time philanthropist, Dr. Junaid expressed her sadness on the matter while reacting to the unfortunate development.
Dr. Junaid described the late Chairman as an astute political administrator and hardworking gentleman.One virtue that stood him out among others was his relentless and cherished desire for peace and unity among the stakeholders in the party, and by extension the generality of party members.
Junaid lamented that Barr. Omodewu passed on when his services were mostly needed, especially in the peace and reconciliation processes within the party.
In her words,” the vacuum created by this unfortunate loss shall be difficult to fill.”Barr.Omodewu’s wise counseling,his sense of humour and fraternity with the generality of the party members across board shall be sorely missed.
While symphatising with the Late Chairman’s immediate family,party hierarchy, friends and well wishers, Dr. Junaid urged them to be consoled with the fact that “God giveth and taketh”.

Junaid enjoined the party members at all levels to remain steadfast in finding solutions to the myriads of challenges confronting the party in Oyo state.
