We must have seen some behind the scene activities of a Hollywood, Nollywood or Bollywood film. Activities behind the scene are usually characterized by mistakes, consistency, boredom, corrections, repetition, hurts, damages, rehearsals, fatigue, relaxations, improvisation, jokes, pranks, eating, specimens, trials and errors which will not be evident in the final production of the film. Edits, green screen effects, camera tricks and filter are beautiful techniques that are being used to exclude the behind the scene jargons.

Just like those films we enjoy to see and also appreciate, we must do a lot of behind the scene activities before we can be accepted and appreciated by the outside world. Behind the scene, you are permitted to cry. You can make mistakes and also take a little break where needed. Eat well, study wide, take a stroll, cool off, network, plan, pray and play. Set a target and goal but take it easy on yourself. Rome was not built in a day neither was that film you so much enjoyed made in a day; a lot of efforts and time was put into it. Our ready-made work, impact, smile, success and ideas are what the world is waiting to see and celebrate.

Keep your success process strictly behind the scene and off the records. Weave all your behind the scene activities into a good success story. No need to share them with someone who will not add values or make them into a finished film (success) that the world is eager to see. Be consistent, persistent and optimistic. Be aligned in the right information path, learn from your mistakes, and do not over-brood if disappointment arises. Rather, take the bull by its horn and mount it again and again. If you will fall, make sure you fall forward; do not fall down flat on your face.

Finally, never forget that behind the scenes is the crew. So, do not leave out the important players in your life as you cook your success story. These important players may be your mentors, lecturers, parents, siblings, friends, colleagues or lover. Without them, you will not make a good success story nor will you be able to maximize time.
