Birthday : Adeduntan Congratulates Olubadan At 92, Prays for Growth, Development of Ibadan Land .
The International Cardiovascular Surgeon and Osi Basorun of Ibadanland -Chief (Dr) Azeez Popoola Adeduntan has felicitated with the Olubadan of Ibadan Land, Oba Saliu Adetunji Aje Oguguniso-I on his 92nd birthday anniversary today.
According to a congratulatory message issued from his media office in Ibadan, Dr Adeduntan greeted the royal father for a life well lived as he turns a nonagenarian, extended warm greetings to his family, high chiefs and senior chiefs in Ibadan Land as well as the entire Indigenes and residents of Ibadan land.
The high chief thanked the monarch for his wisdom , sagacity and exceptional leadership styles which have made it possible for Ibadan to be peaceful for all and sundry regardless of the ethnic and tribal affiliations .
Dr Adeduntan reiterated that Olubadan brought a rich background of business
acumen to the throne of his forbearers, and he has successfully translated the wisdom of investments into leadership by encouraging both the young and old to start their own businesses and enterprises .
Osi Bashorun lauded Olubadan’s sense of patriotism and his regular mobilisation of the people for civic duties, especially on issues that directly impact on good governance and improvement of Ibadan Land.
Osi Basorun, Dr Adeduntan as one of Olubadan chiefs pledged his unalloyed loyalty to the Kabiyesi, Ibadan people and promised to uplift the ancient city economically, socially and health wise using all necessary and legitimate means.
