Member, House of Representatives, MHR Hopeful from Ibadan Northeast/Southeast Federal Constituency, under the platform of the All Progressives Congress(APC), comes 2023, Hon. Sakirat Bola Adetunji has congratulated the Olubadan of Ibadan Land, Oba Saliu Akanmu Adetunji, Aje Ogunguniso-I on the occasion of his 93rd birthday.
Hon. Bola Adetunji described the first class monarch as an exceptional royal father with imperial panache.
She stated that Ibadan land, during the reign of Oba Akanmu Adetunji on the throne of his forebears, has recorded tremendous achievements .”Kabiesi, sir, You remain the strong column of supports and custodian of Yoruba traditional values and we are always proud of you, sir, as your subjects”, she lauded.
The illustrious Daughter of Ibadan Land, Hon. Adetunji stated that Kabiesi’s exemplary qualities and charismatic mode of leadership has perpetually promoted peaceful co-existence and religious understanding among his subjects and residents on the land of Ibadan.
Bola Adetunji maintained that Oba Akanmu Adetunji has successfully protected and promoted the good legacies of his forebears dating back to the many centuries and she prayed that may the Kabiesi live long on the stool of his forefathers.
“Our Father, Kabiesi, Aje Ogunguniso-I, sir, unambiguously, you have been very consistent in sustaining the beautiful traditions of hospitality, love for humanity and community development that has always distinguished the throne of Ibadan land. Indeed, we are, always, proud of you and your success stories, so far. Long may you reign, sir”, she said
