Birthday: Our Political Stallion Is 85—Agbaje Hails Chief Akin Oke
A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Barrister Akeem Agbaje, has felicitated with the former chairman of the party in Oyo State, Chief Akin Oke, on the occasion of his 85th birthday celebration.
In his congratulatory message, Barr Agbaje described the celebrant as a political stallion who has energised the party to great success over the years.
“I must congratulate our father on the occasion of his 85th birthday. Chief Oke is the foremost leader of our great party in Oyo State. His passion, energy, and commitment to the ideals of true progressivism have endeared him to many and our party to many more. As chairman of our great party in Oyo State, he galvanised us, ensured our party became a force in the state, and also broke the jinx by producing the first two-term governor in the history of Oyo State in the person of the late Sen. Barr. Agbaje prayed for the health and wellbeing of Chief Oke, saying his wealth of experience is needed as the party seeks to regain its rightful place as the ruling party in the state.
