The Federal Commissioner for Public Complaints Commission(PCC), in Oyo state, Asiwaju Folawiyo Bello has congratulated the Olubadan of Ibadan Land, Oba Saliu Akanmu Adetunji, Aje Ogunguniso-I on the occasion of his 93rd birthday.
The influential Youth Leader, Folawiyo maintained that Ibadan land during the reign of Oba Akanmu Adetunji, has witnessed tremendous progress and recorded many success stories.”Kabiesi, sir, You remain the strong sile of supports and custodian of Yoruba Omuluabi ethos”, he lauded.
The Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress(APC), Asiwaju Folawiyo stated that Kabiesi’s charismatic mode of leadership has consistently promoted peaceful co-existence and religious tolerance among his subjects and residents on the land of Ibadan.
Asiwaju Folawiyo reiterated that Oba Akanmu Adetunji has successfully protected the legacies of his forebears dating back to many centuries and he prayed that may the first class monarch live long.
“Your Majesty, Kabiesi, sir, unequivocally, you have been very passionate and consistent in upholding the beautiful traditions of hospitality, respect for authorities and community development that has always defined the throne of Ibadan land. Indeed, we are, always proud of you and we pray that long may you live to do more”, he said
“Once again, sir, congratulations to Your Imperial Majesty, on this special day of yours. ‘Baba Ke Gbo Bi Oluyenye, Ke Gbo Bi Oluyenye Tuye, Oluogbo Tofi Omo Se Oninde To Je Je Je Bi Abere”, Folawiyo prayed.
