Chairman, Nigerian Communications Commission(NCC), Professor Adeolu Akande has congratulated Oyo South Senator-elect, Barrister Sarafadeen Alli over his 60th birthday.

In a statement made available to our correspondent in Ibadan, on Thursday, Prof Akande described the Ibadan High Chief of Ibadan Land as one whose life has been distinguished in public service of the country.
