The Distinguished Senator representing Oyo Central Senatorial District at the Senate, Dr. Yunus Akintunde has described the Olubadan-elect, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin as a highly respected and greatly revered monarch whose reign as Olubadan will bring glamour and tremendous development to Ibadan land.
In a congratulatory message released to newsmen by Kunle Olatunji, the Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to Senator Akintunde, as Oba Olakulehin turns 89th, he emphasized on the expectations that the experience in age and career with valued culture of resilience, hard work commitment and discipline as an ex- soldier with excellent military background of Olubadan-elect, Oba Owolabi Olakulehin, will stand him out during his reign as the next Imperial Majesty, Olubadan of Ibadan land.
Senator Akintunde extended his felicitations to the entire people of Ibadan land as they eagerly await the coronation ceremony which will be heralded with the commissioning of an ultramodern befitting Olubadan palace by the Executive Governor of Oyo State on July 10th while the coronation is scheduled for the 12th of July just two days after.
