As Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Saliu Akanmu Adetunji Aje Oguguniso-I marks his 93years, on the surface of earth, today, a leading Oyo State Governorship Aspirant under the platform of the All Progressives Congress(APC) and Senator from Oyo North Senatorial District, Dr. Buhari Abdulfatai has congratulated the monarch and described him as a reliable father of all times.
Senator Buhari stated this in his birthday message to the royal father which was made available to journalists, today, in Ibadan.
“Congratulatory message to a worthy father and an epitome of peace at 93”, Buhari greeted.
According to the federal lawmaker, the birthday of Kabiesi Olubadan is worthy of celebration because he is one of the traditional leaders endowed with knowledge and wisdom that keep Ibadan and Oyo State growing despite the recent challenges.
While praying that may Olubadan live long in sound health and peace of mind, on the throne of his forebears, Senator Buhari said the roles of Olubadan in the sustenance of good governance remained great and appreciated.
Buhari congratulated the monarch, Olubadan-in-Council, Oyo State Council of Obas and Chiefs and good people of Ibadan land for witnessing another prosperous year of the first class monarch on the surface of earth.
