Two prominent Yoruba monarchs — Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, Alaafin of Oyo and Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, Ooni of Ife, are currently in a meeting with interior minister, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola over his rift with All Progressives Congress(APC) National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, OYOINSIGHT.COM reported.

The meeting, this Newspaper, Africano Trumpeters understands became important following the misunderstanding ensued among Aregbesola, Tinubu and Gboyega Oyetola, governor of Osun State, especially, during the build-up to February 2022 primary election of the All Progressives Congress, APC, primaries in Osun.

This newspaper also learnt that the Nigeria Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs, NSCIA, and MUSWEN have also waded into the matter.
