Breaking: CAN Honours, Inaugurates Ex-ATISBO LG Chair, Jacob Ogunmola As Patron.

Christain Association of Nigeria(CAN), Ojokoro chapter of Lagos state has honoured and inducted former Chairman of ATISBO Local Government Area of Oyo-State, Hon. Jacob ‘Funmi Ogunmola, as patron during their “15 Anniversary Thanksgiving& Decorations of Patrons, Matrons, Grand Patrons and Pioneers”, which took place today at Olorunsogo Baptist Church, Ojokoro, in recognition and appreciation of his contributions to christian body in Lagos state, by extension Southwest and Nigeria at large.

Theme of the anniversary is ” To God Be The Glory, 1 Cor. 10:31″ and sermon was delivered by the Guest Preacher, Rev(Dr) I.O Ogunkanbi who is the bloc leader of CCN.

“Your Honour, Sir, Hon. Jacob ‘Funmi Ogunmola! Calvary greetings to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Indeed, we are happy to welcome you to this historic gathering and we heartily congratulate as our newly inducted Patron. ‘Eku Orire, Ajinde Ara Yio Ma Je Ooo”, CAN Ojokoro chapter stated.

“This is in recognition of your contributions to Christian body in Ojokoro, Lagos state, by extension, Southwest and Nigeria at large. We charge you to do more and we pray that mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ shall never depart you.

Eminent personalities at the events were the CAN Chairman, Ojokoro, Pastor(Dr) CG Coker, CAN Vice Chairman, Ojokoro, Rev.(Dr) Stephen Bolarinwa, CAN General Secretary, Ojokoro, Rev. Samuel Aremu among others from different walks of life.

Hon. Jacob ‘Funmi Ogunmola.

Hon. Jacob ‘Funmi Ogunmola is a detribalized Nigerian who has immensely assisted people in his Local Government, Federal Constituency and across the country irrespective of their creed or colour. He is a Christian devout and notable philanthropist from ATISBO Local Government Area of Oyo-State.
