As Nigeria celebrates its 64th Independence Anniversary, I join my fellow leaders and members of the Oyo State All Progressives Congress (APC) in reflecting on our nation’s progress and the role our party plays in shaping its future.

Today, we honour the sacrifices of our forefathers who fought tirelessly for our freedom. Their legacy inspires us to work towards a brighter future for Oyo State and Nigeria. As we approach the 2027 general elections, our party’s unity is crucial. We must stand together, leveraging our diversity and strength to achieve victory.

Our party’s success hinges on unity of purpose, selfless leadership, grassroots engagement, and innovative strategies. Together, we can deliver dividends of democracy to our people, empower our youths through education and economic opportunities, and drive sustainable development in Oyo State.

In preparation for the 2027 elections, I urge all leaders and members to remain united and focused. We must put aside our differences and work towards a common goal – to triumph in the upcoming elections. By embracing unity, inclusivity, and collective effort, we will pave the way for a brighter future.
