CHRISTMAS: Senator Buhari Felicitates Christians in Oyo State, Vows to Continue Serving People

As Christians in Oyo State join their brethren across the world to celebrate Christmas today, the lawmaker representing Oyo North and a leading gubernatorial aspirant in Oyo State, Senator Buhari Abdulfatai, has rejoiced with the faithful and wished them many happy returns of the celebration.
In his felicitations with Christians in Oyo North and Oyo State at large, signed by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Alhaji Semiu Azeez, Senator Buhari said the memorable sacrifice made by Jesus Christ to humanity made his birthday worthy of celebration by all.
The legislator used the occasion to thank all Christians in Oyo North for their unrelenting prayers for him from the beginning of the year till now while declaring that he will never take their support for granted.
While hinting that the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ are enough for all Christians to seek God’s perfect intervention in their affairs, Senator Buhari urged them to use the occasion of the birth of Jesus Christ being celebrated across the world today to pray fervently for more growth, development and peace not only for Oyo North but also for Oyo State and Nigeria at large.
Senator Buhari pledged to continually showcase a representation and leadership that is premised on fairness, equity and justice, religious differences of constituents notwithstanding.
He prayed for many happy returns of Christmas as he wished all constituents of Oyo North Senatorial District a prosperous new year in advance.
