COMRADE FRED WAS PART OF THE 15-MEMBERS’ ACIS-M INTERNATIONALIST MISSION DRAWN FROM SEVEN BRANCHES OF ACIS-M (Edo, Oyo, Kwara, Jigawa, Niger, Osun & Lagos) THAT WERE IN ACCRA FOR A WEEK IN SEPTEMBER 2018!!
