Condolence: Senators Visit Late Gbenga Aluko’s Wife, Family in Abuja

Condolence: Senators Visit Late Gbenga Aluko’s Wife, Family in Abuja.

A group of 1999 till date senators have paid condolence visit to the wife and family of late Senator Gbenga Aluko in his residence, Asokoro, Abuja.

“It was a very solemn and sober occasion at the residence of their departed Brother, Friend and Associate,Senator Gbenga Aluko located in Asokoro, Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, as they all expressed their shock and sadness over the late Aluko’s sudden departure from this world. The visiting members conveyed to his wife their sincere condolences and that of their other friends, and his colleagues of the 4th Senate (1999 Senators), where he was also a Principal Officer.

They assured widow and family of their continued love and support, and said that they were always in their thoughts and prayers. They prayed that; God Almighty would uphold the family and all his loved ones and grant them the fortitude and strength to bear this very irreparable loss.

Importantly, they noted that, Senator Gbenga Aluko selflessly served Nigeria, he was a global citizen, a perfect gentleman, a truly detribalised Nigerian, and a great Nigerian. He was unreservedly committed to his people of Ekiti State. They said they would sadly miss him. ‘May his soul rest in peace and May his memory be a blessing. Amen’. They all prayed for their departed Coalleague, a great Nigerian and Omoluwabi of Oduduwaland.
