Condolence Visit: Chief Ayo Adebanjo’s Legacy of Courage, Commitment Will Forever Be Remembered – Dr Florence Ajimobi

Chief (Dr) Florence Ajimobi, former First Lady of Oyo State, paid a condolence visit to the family of the late Chief Samuel Ayodeji Adebanjo, a renowned nationalist, elder statesman, and Afenifere leader.

During her visit, the president of the Senator Abiola Ajimobi Foundation (SAAF), Dr Ajimobi, described Chief Ayo Adebanjo as a true nationalist, elder statesman, Afenifere leader and advocate for democracy and justice in Nigeria.

“His legacy of courage and commitment to the progress of our nation will forever be remembered. His contributions to the political development of our country remain an inspiration to generations, and his words of wisdom will be sorely missed,” Dr Ajimobi stated.

During the visit, Dr Ajimobi offered prayers for the peaceful repose of Chief Adebanjo’s soul and strength for the loved ones he left behind. “May God grant his family, friends, associates, and all who cherished his ideology the fortitude to bear this great loss.” She prayed.
