CORONATION: Senator Buhari Rejoices With New Onigbeti, Subjects, Oke-Ogun.

The Senator representing the people of Oyo North, Dr. Buhari Abdulfatai, Ph.D., has felicitated the new Onigbeti of Igbetiland, Oba (Engr.) Basheer Olalekan Abioye Siyanbola IV, as he is receiving staff of office from the Oyo State government today.
Senator Buhari in his congratulatory message to the monarch and the entire people of the land in Olorunsogo Local Government Area of Oyo North in a press release issued and made available to journalists identified today, February 12, 2024, as another historical day for people of not only Igbeti but entire Oyo North.
According to him, the past occupiers of the throne of Onigbeti were brave, honest, and focused Obas, whose legacies continually linger in the minds of every son and daughter of Igbeti.
Senator Buhari assured the people of the land that he is going to sustain his relationship and be a pillar of support for the new Onigbeti, the same way he did for his forefathers.
He, however, enjoined the entire people of Igbeti to support Oba Siyanbola IV in his dream to make Igbeti a developed town, not only in Oke Ogun but in Oyo State and Nigeria in general.
The senator prayed for Onigbeti to live longer on the throne, while he added that the reign would bring development to the land and the people.
