Coronavirus : Aregbesola Hosts Meeting on Decongestion of Custodial Centres, Assures Citizen’s Security
Minister of Interior, Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola , has hosted a meeting on decongestion of Nigerian Custodial Centres in a way that will not jeopardize National Security, Security of Inmates and other Citizens in a lawful manner .

“Saturday evening, I hosted a meeting on implementation of Mr. President’s approval for Decongestion of Nigerian Custodial Centres.
Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr. Abubakar Malami; Chief Judge of FCT, Justice I.U Bello; Permanent Secretary @MinofInterior, Barr. Georgina Ehuriah; Comptroller-General @CorrectionsNg, Jafaru Ahmed and and other top government officials were in attendance.
We are putting in place modalities for decongesting @CorrectionsNg’s Custodial Centres in a way that will not jeopardize National Security, Security of Inmates and other Citizens in a lawful manner.
