The Saheed Akinade Fijabi Foundation has organised virtual meeting to discuss a business strategy tagged, ” MAKING BUSINESS WORK IN THE MIDST OF PANDEMICS“ on August 23, 2020 by 4:00pm West/Central Africa Time on ZOOM.
The foundation is pioneered by the young philanthropist and two term federal lawmaker representing Ibadan North West/South West federal constituency of Oyo State in the House of Representatives, Hon. Saheed Akinade-Fijabi.
” COVID 19 has come and its effect on lives and livelihood cannot be over emphasized. The economic impact has been devastating especially to SME’s. But then, opportunities abound in the midst of the Pandemic”, Saheed Akinade Fijabi Foundation revealed .
” The effects of the pandemic were felt everywhere, abruptly and intensely; businesses closed their doors nationwide, with closure rates abruptly increasing in alarming rates that necessitated jobs loses. Within the broader transformation, businesses of all kinds essentially small and medium (SME’s) businesses were affected the most as the threat of the virus evolved. The pandemic put a discouraging act in young entrepreneurs as most avenues to survive the trade were shot down”, the Foundation stated .
