Democracy Day: Dr Moshood Abioye Greets Nigerians, Urges Youth Participation in Politics

Dr. Moshood Abioye, a distinguished international scholar and native of the Akinyele Local Government Area of Oyo State, has greeted Nigerians and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the occasion of Democracy Day.

In a statement released in Akinyele, the founder of the Moshood Ajadi Foundation, Dr. Abioye, encouraged youth to be more involved in politics and charged political leaders to remain pro-people.”I want to use this holiday to hear my opinion on calling on youths to engage more in politics in order to be an active change agent.

The founder of the Moshood Ajadi Foundation, Dr. Abioye, continued, “Additionally, I call on partisan politicians and political leaders to behave in a manner that their names will be written on a platter of gold and become charismatic leaders like Kwame Nkrumah of Ghana and the late Sage, Chiefbafemi Awolowo of Nigeria.

“May I also use this holiday to reiterate my commitment to our vision and mission at the Moshood Ajadi Foundation, which are to make life meaningful for our people, to promote peace and unity in the society, to assist victims of crises in the society, to liaise with the government on matters affecting the citizens, to organise educational and vocational empowerments for youths, women, and widows, community and human capital developments, among many other social developments?” The principal partner at Heim Weldios University, Dr. Abioye added.

The young philanthropist, Dr. Abioye, lauded President Bola Tinubu on his revitalization agenda, and he urged Mr. President to double his efforts and liberate masses from abject poverty and economic hardship that are currently prevalent in the land.
