Ibadan North Ex-Councillors Forum (2018 administration) has felicitated the senator representing Oyo South senatorial district, Oloye Sharafadeen Abiodun Alli, on the successful completion of his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) at Federal University of Lokoja, Nigeria.
