Dr. Moshood Abioye, a renowned scholar, has extended his warm congratulations to Honourable Segun Olayiwola on his appointment as Commissioner for Ministry of Establishment and Training in Oyo State.
Dr. Abioye, a native of Akinyele Local Government Area, praised Hon.
