Education: “The Arabian Schools” Celebrates End of Year Party In Grandeur • I’m Giving Scholarship to Best Students – Says Barr Isiaka Olagunju.

Showcasing its giant strides, making in Oyo-State education sector, The Arabian Schools, Ibadan has celebrated its “End of The Session Party and Valedictory Ceremony” in a grand style.

While speaking at the event, Chairman, Oyo State Independent Electoral Commission(OYSIEC), Barrister Isiaka Abiola Olagunju, SAN, who was the guest speaker encouraged students of the school to face their studies as education remains only veritable tool to attaining a greater height. Barr. Olagunju, also, enjoined parents to always motivate and support their children.

“Firstly, I thank almighty Allah for his mercy over us and I, wholeheartedly, commend our amiable Proprietor, Dr Muhammed Lawal Musa Alongbija for his wonderful contributions to education sector, in the state and beyond, through this great citadel of learning. In short, I want to humbly and affirmatively pledge scholarship supports for the best students of this school under a foundation named after my late dad, ‘Muili Olagunju Foundation’,” he stated.

In his remarks, Usthaz Abdur Rasheed Abdur Rahuf Osiofit encouraged parents to regularly pay their wards’ school fees as this is the best way to reciprocate the quality education that the school is giving their children. ” Bi iznilai, you shall never lack”, he prayed.

The School’s Proprietor, Dr Alongbija thanked Almighty Allah for everything, lauded the invited guests, appreciated the teachers and commended the parents. While rolling out the landmark achievements of the school, he maintained that, so far, the institution of learning has been able to record these, ” Nursery section approved by government(May 2019), School Modrasah approved by Oyo-State government(May 2019, Junior Secondary School approved(May 2020), Primary School upgrading approved (May 2020), Senior Secondary School approved (Jan 2021), WAEC accreditation March 2021, NECO accreditation March 2021, The School Modrasah approved by federal government through SUBEB in may 2021, excellent performances of graduated students in WAEC and NECO, increase of students from 19 to more than 300 students, rapid infrastructural developments, provision of quality teaching-learning facilities among others.

“The Arabian Schools” is a conventional school founded in 2017 by Dr. Muhammed Lawal Musa Alongbija. It has nursery, primary and secondary stages. It also has Islaimic and Arabic ‘Modrosah. The school is properly registered with appropriate authorities and it has a full government approval.

At the event, the Head Boy, Abdulwasi’ Abdul Salam emerged this year overall best student and won scholarship from school management through the proprietor.

in his thank you remarks, Abdulwasi appreciated the school management and his parent for their support, motivation and mentoring. He urged fellow students to be self- discipline and properly focus on their studies.
