Eid-el-Adha: Sen Buhari Rejoices With Muslims in Oyo North

As Muslims in Oyo North Senatorial District joined their colleagues all over the world to celebrate Eid-el-Adha 2023, their representative in the 10th Senate, Dr. Buhari AbdulFatai has rejoiced with them praying that many of it shall be celebrated on the surface of Earth.
Senator Buhari expressed his felicitation in a press release issued and made available to journalists this evening to congratulate Muslims in the district to have witnessed another celebration of Eid-el-Kabir this year.
According to the Legislator who identified the festival as the most glorious in Islam charged Muslims in the country to always pondered on the memorable lessons the festival brought to them through Prophet Ibrahim and his only son, Prophet Ismail.
Buhari stated that there is always joy after every tunnel in the same way that Prophet Ibrahim was given a ram for sacrifice in replacement of his only son, Ismail.
“This thought us that no matter the situation, we should always be patient with God because He always wanted the best for His creatures”, Senator Buhari said.
Buhari added “Our people should therefore see reasons to celebrate the festival in their best way with deep sense of prudence.”
“It teaches us to love fellow human beings and never to shed their bloods for no reason and so we should all help to spread the gospel of “No killings of Nigerians by Nigerians no matter our differences”.
The lawmaker charged people of Oyo North to also celebrate the season by extending their Philantropist gestures to their neighbours.
“Nothing is neither big nor small so far it is within the purview of what you can afford. It will further foster unity and peaceful coexistence among us”, Senator Buhari declared.
Buhari prayed for all Muslims not only in Oyo North but Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole to witness many happy returns of Eid-Il-Kabir with increased in their faith as believers.
“Once again, I wish my good people of Oyo North, happy Eid-el-Kabir celebration,” Sen. Buhari stated.
