Eid-El-Fitr 2024: Senator Buhari Calls for Sustenance of Good Deeds, Greets Faithful

As Muslims in Oyo North Senatorial District joined their brethren across the world to celebrate the end of 2024 Ramadan and Eid-El-Fitr, a call has gone to them to sustain all their good deeds as demonstrated in the holy month.
The Senator representing Oyo North, Dr. Buhari Abdulfatai, made this call in a release issued to rejoice with Muslims on the occasion of Eid-El-Fitr 2024, titled “Felicitation with Muslim Constituents in Oyo North,” a copy of which was made available to journalists today.
According to the legislator, Ramadan has truly come and gone, but all the lessons, especially those that impacted good deeds on the humanities, remain forever.
Buhari disclosed that, as demonstrated by every Muslim during the month, Allah has given people of Islamic faith a model to follow in their day-to-day dealings with their fellow human beings, prominent among which are living in peace with unity of purpose, perseverance, and love for one another.
“Let us continually be submissive to our Creator, Allah, by ensuring that we commit all our time to worshipping only Him and sincerely hold onto the belief that from only Him we shall seek help in our endeavour.
Senator Buhari charged Muslims to sustain their act of giving to the needy so that true love can be fostered among them, as preached in the glorious Quran and Hadith of the holy prophet.
While expressing his strong belief that Allah has answered every prayer said by Muslims in the month of Ramadan, Senator Buhari enjoined them to continue in their prayers for Nigeria and those leaders who are piloting its affairs at all levels.
Buhari prayed to God to grant every Muslim in Oyo North the grace to celebrate many happy returns of the Eid-El-Fitr celebration in sound health, abundant wealth, and peace of mind.
