Eid-el-Fitri: Chief Wasiu Ajimobi Congratulates Muslims in Oyo South

A leading 2027 Oyo South Senatorial aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Ikolaba Olubadan of Ibadan Land, Chief Wasiu Ajimobi has felicitated with Muslims in Oyo South Senatorial District, Oyo State and Nigeria at large as the faithful ended Ramadan 1447AH and celebrating Eid-el-Fitri festival.

The successful business tycoon, Ajimobi, expressed his gratitude to God for the life of every Muslim in the district , State, Nigeria and across the world who is so lucky and favoured to see the end of the holy month in a press release made available to journalists in the early hours of today.

According to the chairman of the investment committee of the governing council of the Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna State, Ajimobi who prayed onto God to accept the fasting and peace of all Muslims, urged the faithful to sustain the spirit of Ramadan in their daily activities.

The master’s degree holder in peace and conflict studies, Ajimobi urged the faithful to make their daily payers and also fasting a periodic exercise in order to win people to God via good character and commitment.

While wishing Muslims in the State joyous Eid-el-Fitri celebration, the 1997 Oyo State House of Assembly Honourable-elect on the platform of the defunct United Nigeria Congress Party (UNCP), Ajimobi prayed onto God to reward all their dedications and prayers in the holy month with well being not only on the surface of earth but also in the hereafter.

“Let me add that the act of giving to the needy should be sustained as this guaranteed peace and unity as cardinal teachings of the holy month”, Ajimobi emphasised.

Ajimobi added,”Showing kindness to one’s labour irrespective of all the social barriers is a panacea to achieving national and global peace and security.
