A notable philanthropist and trained strategist, Kazeem Olufemi Ashagidigbi has congratulated all Muslim faithful on the completion of 2023 Ramadan fasting.

Ashagidigbi urged Muslim faithful across Nigeria, Oyo state, in particular, to celebrate the Eid-el-Fitri festival moderately and remember the less privileged .

The renowned former banker and now, a real estate developer, Ashagidigbi made this known during his Eid-el-fitri message made available to newsmen in Ibadan, Oyo state capital.

Speaking on the importance of Ramadan, the Ibadan  philanthropist urged the Muslim faithful to continue in the spirit of pertinence and remain close to Allah for the betterment of the society.

In his words,”The end of Ramadan marks the beginning of Shawwal which is the Muslim lunar calendar year. It is expected that Muslims will continue their good deeds after the Ramadan and shun any act that is capable of destroying their rewards from Allah.”

“It’s a thing of joy to rejoice after the successful completion of 29 days fast of Ramadan and thank God for seeing us through by sparing our lives to be part of those who will celebrate Eid-el-Fitri” Ashagidigbi said.

Ashagidigbi also charged Muslim ummah to use the period to pray for the smooth transition of the new administration in Nigeria .

‘’I pray that we shall continually witness and celebrate many more of this colorful occasion. Many prosperous years ahead of everyone’’,He prayed.
