Eid-el-Fitri: Senator Buhari Congratulates Muslims in Oyo State, Nigeria

The senator representing Oyo North and a leading governorship aspirant on the platform of All Progressives Congress, (APC), Dr. Buhari Abdulfatai has felicitated with Muslims in Oyo State as they ended Ramadan 1447AH and prepared to celebrate Eid-el-Fitri festival tomorrow.
The lawmaker expressed his gratitude to God for the life of every Muslim in the state, Nigeria and across the world who is so lucky and favoured to see the end of the holy month in a press release made available to journalists in the early hours of today.
According to Senator Buhari, who prayed to God to accept the fasting and peace of all Muslims, urged them to sustain the spirit of Ramadan in their daily activities.
Buhari admonished them to make their daily prayers and also fasting a periodic exercise in order to win people to God via good character and commitment.
While wishing Muslims in the state a joyous Eid-el-Fitri celebration, Senator Buhari prayed to God to reward all their dedications and prayers in the holy month with well-being not only on the surface of earth but also in the hereafter.
“Let me add that the act of giving to the needy should be sustained, as this guarantees peace and unity as cardinal teachings of the holy month,” Senator Buhari stated.
Buhari added, “Showing kindness to one’s labour irrespective of all the social barriers is a panacea to achieving national and global peace and security.”
