Encomia As Rotary Club of Ibadan Inducts CCII Youth President, Dr Tunmise Adeagbo.
The Rotary Club of Ibadan on Thursday, May 5, 2022 inducted the National President of Ibadan Prime Youth Forum, the youth annex of the highest Indigenous Socio-Cultural Group in Ibadan, Central Council of Ibadan Indigenes, Dr. Oluwatunmise Adeagbo into the organization.
The Rotary Club of Ibadan is a non-governmental humanitarian club and a member of Rotary Club International with members consisting of professionals across different fields for the development of their community, state, nation and the world at large.
Dr. Adeagbo was inducted by the current and 60th President of the Rotary club of Ibadan, Rotn. Remi Olorunsogo PHF at the Club House, Iyaganku GRA, Ibadan.
Family, friends and colleagues from all walks of life graced the occasion to celebrate with the inductee.
The National Secretary of Ibadan Prime Youth Forum, Mr. Abdul-wahab Nasir speaking on behalf of the Forum and Ibadan Youths, congratulated Dr. Oluwatunmise and described his induction as timely, saying that following his antecedents in humanitarian services, most especially for his father’s land, he is eminently qualified to be a member of the Rotary Club. Dr Tunmise Adeagbo, a medical Practitioner per excellence is currently the Medical Director of General Hospital, Igboho.
Also, the President of one of the youth affiliate club of IPYF, Ibadan Connect Hub, Mr Seun Moriire Iyoola, in his congratulatory message described the Inductee as a committed, selfless leader and prayed that his coming into the organization will usher in new blessings to the organization. “We join the rest of the world to felicitate with Dr Oluwatunmise Adeagbo on his induction as a Rotarian. We celebrate his selfless life and public service which has been a core value of what his personality represent. We pray his time in the organisation will usher greater things to come and affect more lives”
The Inductee, Dr. Adeagbo promised to continue to contribute his quota to the advancement of human.”Today, I’m happy to be inducted as a member into one of the biggest humanitarian organization in the world. I’m not taking this for granted, and I will continue to contribute my quota to the advancement of humanity. This is a call to do more, and I’m ready for it”. He stated.
