Lives Loneliness.
He has few friends
But no spouse.

He yearns for love;
That special feeling of passion,
His friends thought him not content,
And left him to his dreams.

Not really sure of the terrain yet,
Encouragement a new neighbor
Approached Loneliness’ abode
He met him despaired.

Before encouragement could grab a seat
Loneliness had worn a lively face.
This guest has a special aura,
Loneliness muttered to himself.

Moral:
Times are hard,
Expectations are bad.
Needs are insatiable.
