The lawmaker representing Oyo North Senatorial District in the Senate, Senator AbdulFatai Omotayo Buhari, has today visited His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Dr) Jimoh Oladunni Oyewumi, Ajagungbade III, the Soun of Ogbomoso Land in his palace .
According to the second term senator;
” I visited my father, His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Dr) Jimoh Oladunni Oyewumi, Ajagungbade III, the Soun of OgbomosoLand in his palace. I was baffled at the extent of damage but to God be the glory, the situation is under control “.
The federal lawmaker also visited the families of the late Jimoh Isiaka and other casualties of the End SARS protest. He paid their medical bills and donated cash to them.
This newspaper, Africano Trumpeters is aware that Senator Buhari has been at the front burner since the unfortunate incident occurred and has since then lent his voice even on the floor of the Senate to the struggles .
” I equally visited the families of the Late Jimoh Isiaka and another #EndSARS casualty who sustained injuries from stray bullets . After offsetting the medical bills, I made certain donations to compensate the family,though no amount of money can bring back the dead”, Buhari said.
Omoluabi as Senator Buhari is fondly called by his admirers urged all protesters to be peaceful while exercising their fundamental human rights and ensure that they do not compromise or allow themselves to be hijacked .
